Not that I disagree with anything that's been said here, but have you tried a different sub? bassed on this, "Tarantula 6.5 x18speakers 120RMS" you must have another 10 or so subs going in the car, so I'd try one of those...

Alright So this is the deal, I called SoundStream Last night. They claimed that the amp is a known Issue of doing this. Warrenty is going to cover it AGAIN! and there going to Send me 2 x 2000rms Mono Blacks.

Im pretty much had enough of this block. Now im in the market looking for something differnet proably.
