Rear Speaker Installation Question *beginner*

Hello,

My stock rear 4" speakers have blown and I decided to get some new ones. Just need a little help with the installation.I am a beginner with any car audio installation. The ones I bought do not come with the same adapter as the stock speakers connected to the tweeters. How do I connect the new speakers to the stock tweeter? Do I need a adapter or can I just cut some wire and solder it together? Or are these speaker not compatible with my vehicle?

Pictures are attached....

Thanks in advance

Simple cut and solder. The new speakers have tweeters included so i would try them (without) hooking up the stock tweets.

If you're comfortable cuttin & solding in your ride, I'd go with 92zed34's advice.
If you don't want to cut, there are Scotchlok connectors which are not as secure, but do the job without removing the stock connectors:

May I suggest splicing the new speaker wires in, leaving the OEM connector in place. That way in the future anyone wanting to return to OEM speakers has it easy.
