Hey i have 4 kicker rmb8's that i will be putting in my door. As well as a mb quart 6.5 comp set up front as kick panals and a 5.25 set in the back, will the sound quality be affected in the mid range.... or should i look for same size. Also any install tips for frequancy!

I think 4 8`s might do sumthing to sq.
Why do you want 6.5" comps when you have 8`s?
are you running subs?

The RMB8's might not be smooth enough to run as a dedicated mid (although I haven't heard them).

You will be fine with the smaller mids in the rear (I am not a fan of rear speakers though).

yes i have subs, i have 15"solo circles, just found a fourth one yesturday. As for why the 8's i want them to run pure mid bass, while my other sets run mid range, i have heard it in another car and sound sick, its just he had it with a 5.25 and i have a 6.5 dont know how differrnt it would be.

thats why i am wondering if i should keep the 6.5 up front or find a 5.25!

as for the rear! its a truck with screens i need rear fill for the rear passengers watching movies

I plan on doing the same thing ... I have all the drivers but I think a set of 5¼" instead of my 6½" I currently own would work better.

I am going to try the 6½" since I already have them but I think they won't work out well; I am hoping for good luck.

Yeah i will let u know, for sure the 5.25 will be in with the 8. the worked well for me in my other car that i had, but i did not do any sound proofing for the doors and didnt have the right amp for the frequancy. This time around i will have it all, I will let u know on the 6.5' as well but i will be waiting for the kick panals to come right now there are lost at cutoms and its been 3 weeks!
