Serious Altenator Whine in system.

Guys,

Question for you all.
I have a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 that i am doing an install in.

I began the install by using Axxess Modules for the Canbus system and the SWC. Had the system installed and working well but had some alternator whine.

I tore the whole system out and started from scratch. Took the factory amp out and bypassed the canbus system completely. Nothing is wired into any of the cars system. Power wire comes right form battery. Accessory power comes from cigarette lighter and ground is on its own for the head unit.

I am still getting some major alternator whine through the speakers. I need Help. Is it time to upgrade my alternator power and ground cables?

It could be my components as well though.
Components are:
Clarion NX602 head Unit
JL 13W3 subs x2
Power Akoustik BAMF 1600.4 for Front and rear speakers
Power Akoustik BAMP 1200.1 for subs
Pioneer 6x9's up front
Pioneer 6.5's out back.

JL Blue 2 Channel Rca Cables.
4 Gauge Power and ground cable for Amps

No Butt Connectors used anywhere. Everything soldered and heat shrunk.
Ground cables grounded to chassis. Power coming from 0 Gauge wire to Distribution block split to amps via 4 gauge.

RCA Cables run down center of vehicle away from any power wires.
Battery in trunk of car so power cables are short.

Any help would be greatly appreciated with this.

Thanks
