Stainless Steel/Chrome/Brushed Aluminum mounting hardware where to buy?

I'm thinking of adding a trunk mount eq straddling over top of my distro block.

see here:

That side of the board is the clearest for it.

Thinking of getting an Audio Control EQS.

What I need to find is a set of 4 stand-offs. They would likely need to have a metric or imperial thread hole for mounting screws for the EQS , and on the other end, I need to figure out a way to screw them into the wooden board.

Ideas. Machine a metal plate that I can screw to the board, and drill 4 corresponding holes and tap them for the standoffs.

In all of these cases i'd like it to look nice.

I seem to remember at some point however, building something ikea-ish that had some nice chrome pieces. Not sure if it was handles on a cupboard or what..but I know there's some nice stuff out there.

Can anyone else recommend anything different?

Thanks!

bought

um LOL... try your local JL Dealer.
I purchased mine at Ultra AutoSound in Mississauga. If you arent near a JL Dealer you may be able to order through Crutchfield or the like.

Mine was part of my AWG Wiring Kit.

Lets get this back on topic. Please PM me any more questions regarding the block to help keep this thread on topic.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude. I didn't assume you needed help finding a jl dealer because your post count is nearly 400. I figured you were a veteran here. Jl is distributed by Gemsen here. If you google them you'll find their site and on there, right near the linkback to JL is a link to their JL dealer list. You may find one even closer to you there.
