Steel Mesh/Perforated
Steel Mesh/Perforated
Guys I'm looking for a steel mesh/perforated that can be used as a grill
I'm looking to do a stealth install with covers for the amps and subs.
Needs to be strong enough to hold up to daily use, groceries, sporting equipment, etc..
I just dont know where I should be looking, or what exactly I should be asking for.
Also it would be best to find a local source if at all possible.

I take it MDF pretty panels for the amps aren't cutting it?

I used the wire mesh used for stucco. It is super strong and has almost a chrome finish to it. I got it at a place called roc con which deals with agregates and stuff for landscaping your place. So maybe rona or totem or something may have it too.
) thing I've found for doors is a Walmart plastic kitchen cutting board. The heavy duty ones are stiff enough to support the mat, I screwed them into the door skin and slapped the mat on it....
Worked like a charm....
