What speakers fit my car???

I have a 2003 Corolla CE and I want new speakers and am wondering if anyone has experience with this particular car and setting up speakers for it. I need a few questions answered...what is are the size of the speakers in it and how do I tell? What is probably the best value for my money when buying new speakers?

If anyone can tell me the size that'd be a great start as I can then start looking around for some. Thanks,

Find Car Audio/Video Gear that Fits Your Vehicle at Crutchfield!

I found that this works well, but not always 100% accurate as some things there are just easier ways(wiring harness' for example)

The real trick is, to find the speakers you like the best and then.....

Make them fit, at any cost. hehehe

But seriously the car fit guide above is a good option. Or go to a forum for your car model and search for speaker sizes, odds are the question has already been asked a million times.

Sweet *** site, thanks. I believe it is correct in the information aswell!

Here's what it gave me Factory replacement info:

In-dash stereo
9-1/8" depth; Size code DD,E
Front speakers
Front Door: 6-1/2" factory speaker note
Rear speakers
Rear Deck: 6x9" factory speaker note

Sounds right to me. I have a question though. Do I actually need a deck to run non-stock speakers? Or can I just use the stock deck that's built it. I thought that you only had to replace the deck if you were getting an AMP and SUB, am I right?

You can use the stock deck. You don't have to replace the deck if you are installing a amp and/or sub in most cases either.
