Why oh why!

Why oh why!
Hey everyone, I did researching around but nothing of what I found useful. So I was hoping someone here could help me out.
I have an Alpine Type X 12" Sub and a Hifonics D-Class Mono Amp. Well I had it in my previous car about 1 year ago... things happened... and it has been sitting in my room since then.
So basically I wired everything up the same as I did in my last car. My Amp still works, still receives power, but my sub doesn't. I tested it with a multi-meter and it still works, it just doesn't seem to get power to them.
WHY OH WHY! Does it not work anymore!
Here is a picture of how I wired my wires to the sub.
Anyone have any ideas why it isn't working?

first off the tiny picture is of no help. you can host it on imageshack or photobucket or something if you want it to be larger.
how are you getting signal to your amp? factory radio with LOC or aftermarket radio and signal sent via RCA cable?
so you confirmed that your amp is on and not in protection mode? how did you check the sub? multimeter to the leads or did you push on the cone to make sure it wasnt seized?
