I am considering changing up my system with the new car I bought, I currently have a 15" DVC;in a ported box. For power I have a 2000watt mono block amp, . I have purschased a VW golf, and I am considering changing my stero to a 10"DVC with the same amp. I am concerned about space in the car if it will hinder in the production of the bass. I want this to be good daily driver car, but still be comptetion worthy if I decide I still want to comp. Any suggestions, on if I should keep the old setup or should I try something new for this car?

Any ideas?

 

Keep what you got if you want spl you have to move air and a 15 will def move more air than a 10 plus in a golf is a lil smaller than your escort wagon might go up a db or 2
