Clarion VRX765VD DVD MULTIMEDIA STATION WITH TOUCH PANEL CONTROL

Backlight out on DVD Monitor / LCD Touch Screen. Touch screen works, but need flashlight to see settings. Everything else fully functional. Simply can't see on-screen display, no backlight...

Question: Can't I simply replace a bulb instead of the whole display?

Theoretically, but chances are whoever is making that screen doesn't offer the backlight separately, likely because it's not feasible from a cost or popularity standpoint.
