Hi everyone! Just signed up. I'm mainly looking to learn about car audio. I'm very good at 12v electrical but I've never really got into quality sound systems. I've installed head units and changed speakers, even hooked up an amp once, but nothing in depth. I've got a couple of Ford F250s for vehicles and I'm looking to put a decent system in the wife's truck, an 05 F250 crewcab. I'm going to put in a double-din unit with DVD and bluetooth. Right now I'm leaning towards a Pioneer AVH-P3300BT but nothing for sure yet. I also plan on replacing the 4 factory speakers and maybe putting a small subwoofer in there with an amp. Right now I'm considering building my own small subwoofer box.

Well that's my plan as of now. Just going to spend some time reading here and maybe asking a few stupid questions (bear with me )
