Hey guys, new to the forum but not to the idea... We just moved and it aint fun at all...
Well for some it is but generally it aint. Lucky for me I was ready...
Before we went over to Dubai we packed most of our stuff up already and so half the job was done...

After countless nights of viewing and driving what seemed half the world around, we found our place... Last weekend we moved most of the big stuff and then this past weekend it was a few more smaller things... (Everything was stored at my parents and parents in-law, so no rush to get it all out...)
This weekend will be what I hope is the last of the trips... All my tools and equipment...

I have been around in the sound industry for a few years building my own installs as well for a few friends, and will post up a few pics later as I go...

But for a change I decided Im gonna do a proper job of setting up and want to make it my Man Cave... Besides, Im gonna spend most of my time in their...
All the previous times I would just 'place' it somewhere till I use it... And this is also a good way of getting back into the 'game' as they would say.

So this past weekend I drove around town and picked up a few supplies...
Some of the stuff I found was new and others had a few minor scratches on... But it works and thats all that matters... I will post up a few pics of the place next week as I dont have any pics on me now...

So here are a few pics of some stuff I picked up...
(Keep in mind I have a fully kitted toolbox and a few tools already, this is extra...)

 

O and I got some Fiberglass... With some more goodies that I thought might come in hand later...
Just to let you know that is an 85m roll of Fiberglass... Along with 25kg drums... Some Body putty and Fiberfiller... O and Sand paper too... :lol:

 

So guys this weekend I didn't get everything done that I wanted, but at least I got around to half of it...

(Pic 1) I managed to get myself 5 of these Display Cabinets... The Yellow ones...
(Only fetched 3 of them so this weekend I will do the other two...)

(Pic 2) I also managed to get a Cut-Off saw. Basically brand new... (only used twice, and you can see its still new.)

 

O yeah and almost forgot...

This is my lil collection of Valve Covers... Coming along nicely...

Still need to clean them and re-do some... Also have a Toyota 20v one and I think a 16v that is not here... Starting slowly...

 

Ok guys so another small update...

Managed to get one cabinet unit in and start the wall display area...

 

And then at around 11 pm I decided sleep is over rated and so carried on for another few hours...







Must say its a bit of a mission holding these sheets of metal up and trying to drill at the same time... But I got it done... Just need to mount 4 side pieces on the bigger sections.

So basically all in all my one wall display is almost ready for its 'items' to be mounted...
The bottom 3 units are 900x1200 and the top ones are 1200x1300 with all the holes I can choose how I want to place or mount my items...

Ok guys another small update...
Finally got around to fetching the other two display units and then spent the night unpacking all my scale cars...
1:18 Scale = 53
1:24 Scale = 12
1:32Scale = 4

O and thats just the list of the cars in the display units...
Still have a few more Hot Wheels Cars and a ton of the Micro Machines...
So still need to get them sorted out too.

 

Well guys... I managed to find my 20v Cover but not the 16v yet...
Will post pics up once its cleaned and almost ready for the wall...

I also have a collection of my past cars number plates that I also need to put up...
