Drug dealer war in Rio

Drug dealer war in Rio
I thought I'd share with you guys, I've been watching our fight against those scumbags and we finally did what we should have done decades ago.
It all started in the 70s when local gangs arrested joined some political prisoners and with them learnt war tactics.
Drug money made them rich and to gain territory against rival gangs they recruited and invested in heavy weapons. They have been living like that for years and years on the slums. (Watch movie "Elite Squad", it is awesome and shows how our elite cops fight them)
Well, the idea was to invade the slums in about a year but as the criminals started to burn down cars last Nov 21th to show how tough they are the cops had to do it earlier.
They burnt down around 30 vehicles (car and public buses).
The next day cops invaded one of the slums and made more than 100 criminals ran away to another slum. During their escape they were being shot by snipers and the video shows it. 25 of them were killed that day.

They started burning down cars again, and as a response 2700 men (army, navy, elite squad, regular cops) invaded their strongest slum, killing about 40 more and recovering 100s of heavy weapons, 20.000 ammo, 60 tons of pot, 300kg coke, etc etc. One cop was injured. Scumbags.

You know what part of that video I started pissing myself laughing? The part where the guy is providing cover for his partner who runs across the street and trips on his own two feet. Priceless.
P.S. Nevertheless, they'd better clean up that place real fast cause isn't the olympics supposed to be coming to brazil?
