OK, first things first. Where are you shipping these items too? Domestic & international shipping will require different documentation. If it's domestic all you would need is the recipients name, address & phone number as well as the value of the items if it's being insured. If it's going international you may also require the items country of origin (manufacture) as well as an itemized list of the package contents. The recipient would also more than likely be charged taxes & duties so unless the item is a "gift" (usually $60 or less) than they better be prepared for this added expense.
As far as packaging the items go, if you can get the items into one package safely insuring that all items are protected well inside, that would be your best bet & also to keep the package as small as possible. Freight charges are based on weight but also the size of the package so keeping it small will keep your costs down.
Good luck!

okay thank-you, i'm just going to be shipping domistic that way there is no un-expected shipping charges and the product will not be held up by the border. Which is the best shipper for shipping i have UPS, Purlator and Canadapost here?

As from my most recent experience, mail box's etc can package stuff for you fairly well.
When i had to ship my 17" lcd monitor, i had them package it. It cost me $10 for them to pack it and then it could legitimately get insured.
Might not be a bad idea of you completely lack the box's to send it in.
