Trying to decide what to go with, which would you get out of these two, & why? Oh, and don't bother saying another brand of tire, b/c i have had nothing but good luck with BF's.
Thanx

Well poncho, i'm looking for something that looks abit more aggresive than the all-terrain that i've used. I like the looks of the mud, i'm not really worried about wear, or how loud theyr'll be(i'm almost deaf, and always keep my sh*t turned up anyway). I guess i was just hoping that someone has used both. Maybe the mud terrain suck on snow etc...

I have a set of BFG mud T/A on my truck and I used them over the winter... They work great in the snow But they sucked on the ice I wish I took pics on how I got to my buddies a few times this winter all I did is take down the fence and drive thru the field (deep snow lots of grip) I drive on road 90% of the time and have still gotten 60,000km out of them so far and about 40% tread left I do recomend rotating them with every oil change! If you wait a bit longer BFG is going to be releaseing a new tire called the Krawler T/A it looks like a mud tire but is supposed to be awsome in the rocks!

I have been running some BFG AT's 235's on my Jeep for about three years now. They still have lots of tread left, are fairly quiet, but give great all around traction. Good in the wet, also. I tried some 30 x 9.5 Mud Kings (BFG Mud knockoff) a few years ago, before I bought these ones, and they were not too great in the snow. Sounds like results may vary though, judging by Trouser Trout's post. BFG seems to make a good all around tire. My bro has some Pro Comp X-Terrains, they are noisy, but seem to have good wet and snow traction.

I forgot to say I have a little experience in the tire business (5years) and in that time I didnt have a single BFG a/t or m/t come in for warrenty for a manufacturers defect thats what sold me on them! If you want to get used tires look to bc4x4.com they have a used tires post and some real nice deals there.
I have a 93Ford supercab flareside with 7" lift and 35/12.5/15 BFG M/T
