5 days to find and buy a used vehicle!
So, i got some holidays coming this tuesday...i'll have april 1st (tuesday) to the folowing wed off (i think april 8).
In that time i'll have to drive back to BC in the okanagan area, find and buy a vehicle (hopefully early 90's 4runner or possibly a jeep cherokee in/around the 5-6grand range)
Hopefully i can buy it early, and leave time to transfer all the stereo equipment from the car to sub (deck, components, coaxials, and pair of subs as well as pair of amps) I'm not sure how the speaker sizes will work but who knows. I'd also like to grab a 2 way alarm/starter pager sysetm and have that installed (might get them to fiddle round with the components and/or possibly my 5x7's if they're workable.
Then i have to be back in edmonton for about 2pm to work. I also have to hand out some resumes and would like to find a job in BC so that i can move back there...preferably okanagan area again. uh oh i need this window back, i'll finish the post in a min...hmm now that i think about things i guess that is the end of the post

I see your trying to make use of cheap BC insurance while you are out here in AB. I had my BC insurance out here for almost 4 years. But recently changed over to AB insurance. I used to pay about $850/yr and now am paying $1400 but atleast now I know I am covered. If you get in an accident and ICBC decides to investigate and find out you have been in AB for more than 30 days you will be screwed. Be careful. I know the cheaper insurance is nice but in some cases it's almost like driving with no insurance.
Saw these adds in my paper this morning:
1990 Toyota 4 Runner, excellent condition, sunroof, V6, auto, P/W, P/D, $5,500 OBO. Must go! 250-542-7003
1994 Jeep Cherokee. All options. Cloth interior, auto, 6 cylinder, immaculate condition. Have maintenance records. $6450 OBO. 250-838-6507 evenings.
What kind of work are you looking for?

Vehicles are cheap in AB also, and like he said you effectively have zero insurance coverage if you drive in AB with BC plates. If this is a risk you can take then fine, just don't hurt anybody or wreck a fancy new car .. anyways have a safe trip to the valley!
heh i plan on moving back to BC hense...the insurance not being 100% legal....but yeay those vehicles you named j-race sound pretty decent.
I like a lotta other retards are lookin for something involving computers. I've recently applied to shaw and had an interview for internet tech support over the phone and they're supposed to be contacting me anytime now. But who knows. I'd be willing to do nearly anything, i'm not as stuck on computers and kinda disappointed i went to school and spent $10,000 on courses that really didn't do that much for me

Would have never really thouhgt of tossing resume's at them, but both would be solid companies to get on with!
Thanks for that!
