well, my USX4065 has met an untimely demise, fired it up today and it started pissin out smoke, so its done for, dunno what happened but i got good use out of it. checked everything that could be wrong so i just figure its dead...just throwing it away would be no fun so i was pondering ways to get rid of it...what would happen if i were to plug it into a spare car battery i got and let it burn out? any other suggestions on disposal?

Well, seal the inside (water seal), so you can fill it with gas, then lite it on fire... let it burn for a bit... then take a baseball bat to it and hit it, see wat happens... seen this with a pumkin some funny **** i might say... ahah

screw that..you guys have crappy ideas. I grab cool old heatsinks, and hang them on my walls, where most people would hang "regular" art. Feel free to send me the heatsink if you so desire. Also, you could gather up a few cool (all steel) heatsinks, strip any paint, weld them all together, and make a bbg out of them. "Would you like your steak done rockford, or kicker?"

 

allright then...here's what i'm gonna do...i found a ziploc bag FULL of black cats (thats firecrackers, about 200 or so) in the center console of my car, and it turns out that i also have a pack of screamin demons (the best for packing and blowing up)...but first, its goin off my balcony...60 feet down to jagged rock...then i'll duct tape it back togther and blow the hell out of it...o yeah, do any of u know what "quickstart" is? thats goin in there 2...that should do the job nicely...and i'll keep 2 digital cameras goin on it...probably do it sometime this weekend...wish me luck [img]smile.gif[/img]

p.s. i guess i'll post this in the wanted ads too, but do ya got an amp that'll do 200Wrms X 2? gotta be about $200 shipped
