I have to agree with World of Warcraft. It is by far the largest, most dynamic game I have ever played. Lots of people said that once you get to level 60 (max level) the game stops being fun, but that is really when the interesting stuff starts. Brutally addictive though; I had to quit a few weeks ago so I would actually have my system ready for competition season, but I will likely be playing again soon. I tried going back to FPS games like Halflife and strategy games such as Age of Empires and Warcraft III, but after World of Warcraft nothing else really compares.
Grizz, that Interstate76 sounds cool! If you liked that, I'm suprised you never had the opportunity to try Motor City Online. Best driving game, ever. Period. ALL American muscle and ALL pre-73. Oh, and I'm glad to see another person recognizes Porsche Unleashed as being the most realistic driving game of the NFS series and one of the most ever to date.
I recently tried the ToCa Race Driver 2 demo from Codemasters. Very good graphics (very NFS PU-like; not at all like the cruddy graphics of the Underground series), very good driving simulation but race-tracks only. I like a game on the street or through the countryside. I look forward to the new ToCa 3 coming out soon and trying out GT Legends(factory road-racing cars from the 60s and 70s, US and Euro).

Ya I'76 is, it's an awesome game. The online play was ahead of it's time, and like I said, we keep it alive, and people still play it weekly. This has been very hard to do as Activision stopped all support for it five years ago... There have been weeks at a time that there's been no server, we've had our own running, and we've written emails beggin' and pleadin' for servers. Back in the heyday, there was 8 or 10 active servers. We're down to just one now, but all is good.
MCO - I was a beta tester for it. The beta I had was weak... Weak enough for me to get a bad taste and never bought the full version. *shrug*
GT Legends is friggin' hard... But not to bad of a game.
Good stuff, Grizz. I've never heard of I76 but I'll check out that site. Sadly we had no choice when MCO went down. It was an online game only and when the turfed the server, you couldn't even get back the boot-up screen without logging in so that was all she wrote
I didn't try the Beta version but it must have been BAD if it turned you off from it. It really was an incredible game. Not only for the amount of cars and parts that were available (and detailed in the parts build up you could choose) but the driving physics were just incredible.
So you've tried GT Legends eh? Very cool. I think Dukk said he was going to pick it up this weekend and try it out.
