Drunk drivers really make me sick. I know some people who do it all the time. People do in cities alot more then here when you get pulled over lots at night. The lawyers that speacialize in getting drunk drivers off the hook really tick me off. There is lots of loopholes for them. I knew someone who was arrested like 3x the limit and got off on some technicality after spending 10 grand on a lawyer.

I hope your buddy will be okay.

That sucks, actually it sucks blue whale. I hope that your friend is going to be alright. In my years in this industry I have lost 2 friends and countless customers (9 in the last 2 years)to preventable occurences like this. That said though, for me it did not make any difference until one day the phone call came, just like yours, that is the day that it hit home and my driving habits changed 100%. People just don't understand it, I know that when I was younger I certainly didn't. I think that we should get to line up and throat punch idiots like this. Lineup starts after me.

I lost my cousin and his wife due to a drunk driver about 8 years back. The driver got 15 years here in ontario.

Reasons like this should in corporate the death penalty..

If i was hit by a drunk driver.. you best to hope you kill me.. cause if you don't kill me.. it will only be time till i find you.

To this point the only thing the driver is getting charged with is dangerous driving. He finds out tomorrow the exact charges.

I'm just glad to see he is going to be ok though.
I'm glad he is gonna be ok man, but what i dont understand is how they charge a drunk driver with just dangerous driving??
