My buddy bought his subs/amp from the guys at Audio Magic... 2 eclipse SW6123/Kicker 300.4 I think it was DVC 4ohm's and Kicker 300.4...I wasn't thinking either when he bough them that it wouldn't match up 100%... he's getting half potential of what the amp can do, anyway he calls the store up to see if they can help him out trade it in for something that will match up properly so he can get full potential of the amp...they tell him sure for 25% restocking fee?? My buddy said I bought the stuff used to begin with... you would have though since the store didn't inform there customers properly which I am sure they new the setup would match up 100% they would be lil more helpfull but guess not... Needless to say if anyone is in the London area try to avoid Audio Magic, they tried screwing me into paying 90$/door lock for my old car which I got him down to like 70$... I paid them to remove my alarm which they left parts behind and my buddy who bought that alarm had to buy a 25$ LED cause it was part of the circuit or something... they don't care much at all unless ur spending like 3000$+....

of course they don't care. they pretend to be nice and stuff and all helpful, but in the end it's all about money money money. That's all they care about. I can't speak for everyone else but when my husband and i use to go into places like that, nobody would help us, i mean nobody. we would stand around like idiots while they help other ppl who were dressed nice and of course normal size skinny. ya so what if we're fat ugly ppl, we had money to spend. anyways by the time someone actually came around to us(like half an hour later) i pulled out like almost 3 grand and said see this(waved it in his face)? i was going to spend this much in your store. and we walked out. well anyways that was my experience and i'm still hesitant. anyways sorry man. take care.

Yeah, some stores are bad for that, Like The Brick my wife and I go in there dressed normal and what not and they stand around doing notta, we went to Leon's and they come right to ya ask if you need a hand etc etc... and we've bought from there ever since... we've spent about 5 Grand with them and they might be abit pricey compared to others but they do price match as well so it's all good.

sad yet so true. I've done the same and it happened in Future Shop. I think I stood around for 25minutes waiting for help then I spent 15 looking for help and then another 15 waiting for that person to come help!!!!!

Funniest part they weren't busy and they were standing around socializing

That's funny. In Audio places, and future shop and places mentioned above they always come right over and offer to help me. end up yakking with them instead and usually buying something not even worth their time.
