I have been watching it for pretty much its entirety this weekend. IMO I would rather have a similar car as to whats on stage, but actually drivable. Alot of these cars are restored in such prime condition that it would be a shame to drive them. Which IMO, unless your some serious collector, is a waste of that car. Not really a waste of money, but a waste of a car. Sure it looks cool in a showroom, but if I was spending that kind of cake on a car, I would want to take it out and actually drive it.
Thats the catch-22 that goes with any rare or restored collector vehicle.....
The first time you take it on the road you could get a stone chip in the paint...
Hell my daily driver is constantly beat on from OTHER PEOPLE running into my PARKED car or **** head room mates setting whatever on top as they walk through the driveway scratching the paint...

Saw a couple hours yesterday. Couldn't believe that 2007 Shelby Mustang went for $700,000?!!
Loved Sammy's Camaro also. Just too many stupid nice cars at the auction and like Dukk stated some of the pricing was rather different from what is the basic norm.

This is the ME-412.

I agree with Fat Whacker... I think it'd be ridiculously awesome to own any of those cars, but something more realistic would be much better. Something driveable that wont make me worry about the value depreciating 10 grand every 10 minutes its out of the garage!
I threw my back out so I ended up watching almost the whole thing.
The one that surprised me was the 70 or 71 LS6 Chevelle Convertible race car that went for 1.15 Million..............
A 2 million Cuda is common, there is a Cuda vert that was exported to France and then bought and returned to the US a while ago and then restored, the guy who restored it got 3.1 million for it........then that guy sold it for 4 million and it was just recently sold to some guy for 5 million but it is the only one in the world...............
