Buddy I work with tells me when he gets a cold he sits at home and eats hot peppers to sweat the bastard out of his body. I tried a different approach... When I used to have waterbed and I caught a cold, I'd turn the heat up to 40 degrees or some rediculous temperature like that and sleep in a pool of sweat all night. Not the most comfortable sleep, but sure enough when I woke up the next morning the symptoms were pretty much gone, and it never turned into a full-fledged cold. Worth a try.

A buddy of mine put me onto a trick that really does help me out....

Soak in a nice hot bath for about an hour or so...Then dress up in something really warm for bed...Plug in a vaporizor(I've got on that you put a gob of Vics right by the steam outlet)and bunk down for the night/day...

I find it does wonders for me...

and if that dont work....Find the best deal of booze ya can...hehe.....

Just my 2 peso's

hmm usually sleep does it for me, but this one is dragging out, it's pretty well gone, or at least i can function enough so i don't really care, but i hardly ever get sick either (i'd used most of my sick days up thru work on just needing time to lower my alcohol blood level)
