I would stay away from the booze. Definetaly hard on your body to party through the pain. Lots of sleep/and water.

My roommate smoked insane amounts of pot whenever he was sick. The odd part is that he usually got better in no time.

I'm pretty damn sick myself too at the moment. I'm drinking a **** load of water and just resting.
