yeah I just told my wife and she was like that's false and OLD it's been going around for quiet a few years now.

 

So who's to say that it can't or won't happen? Think about other things the government has done over the years as well.

 

wow.. I read this when I was like 16 years old... 10 years ago!!!

when the internet was new, and fear of big brother watching you through your monitor was everywhere this was somewhat plausible.

oh, and did you hear that microsoft has a new email tracking program?? if you forward their email on, they'll send you $100 in the mail... honest!

 

As reported from a union member/employee there was talk of this before and it will never pass in parliment.
