If the dealer wasn't showing bust u always hit on 16. No point on losing on a crappy hand. Worst that can happen is u bust, but with a 16 you'd pretty much lose anyhow.

ALright Here are some tips I have from a blackjack player that tought me how to count all 6decks in the shoe YES THATS RIGHT ALL 6DECKS this guy has won over 1 million dallars in vagas
50% luck 50% mathimatics. go out and buy 6 decks of cards and practice this at home, I practice at least 1 hour EVERYDAY and have won over $8000 at the casino down here and at casino rama, this winter alone. 1-6 are your minus #'s 7-9 are your nutral #'s 10- A is your + #'s if your fast enough at counting all the cards on the table EVERYONES CARDS and not just your own, when you get to minus 10- or 20 start to bet large you will mathimaticly hit the face cards or lager cards granted this doesen't work all the time but I have tried this and its paid off. I have all my equipemnent for the season and have sufficent money for new equipement for finals. like Jonny said try and stay away from the cheaper tables more of the inexperienced players will be there and one hit or pass on a card can and will screw the hole table from winning, and always ask the experienced players at the table if you should hit or pass, If you have someone after you thats betting 2 or 300 a hand and you hit on a stupid hand or in the high players room where they are betting $ 1000 a hand and you hit or pass you will definitly get some pi@@ed off people, always remember never take money to the casino you can't afford to lose Thats just my 2 cents.

Instead of the WHOLE table winning, the whole table will lose, you get what I mean?
You'd be suprised how much this happens when people play stupid.
Ah I see now, that makes sense. Looking at it like that, it would suck playing with really bad players.

He lives over in watertown, I have gone in there with Keyur Patel a couple of times, He's got luck on the ruelet tables. Keyur was 3rd at IASCA finals 2004 stock 1 152.4db. Its not to big and not to loud either, hope to win more to pay for all my equipement this year, espeically if I want to catch up to kurtis or yuli test test test!!
keep it loud guys.

Yah those americans love to gamble just as much as us Canadians, but when you can why not? lol

At least their winnings don't get taxed in Canada like they would in a casino in the states.

I'm plannin a trip in April or May to the Gananoque casino, been to the blue heron a bunch but I'm also goin home and its about equal distance between the 2 of 'em and I haven't been to Gananoque's yet so figured I'd give it a whirl. Do they have any of the $1 Roulette table's or are they strictly $5+ blue Heron has $1 tables where you have to lay $5 1.00 bets in the middle, as the $5 tables are $5 chips of 25 bets in the middle. I suppose your guarenteed a higher payout at a $5 table if you win.

I'll get back to Roulette when I get back on that roll, but for now I'm gonna give Blackjack a go. Thanks again everyone for the strategies. I hate counting so the counting cards won't work and I would rather not cheat. I'll stick to the odds and what not. Thanx guys

Payout in the middle is 35 to 1 so 35x5=175 verus $36 if you were on a $1 table. I just dont like the change of losin $25 each spin lol
