Today I finally bought my first place. 3 bedroom penthouse on carrigan court. 1500 sq. ft. right beside lougheed mall for $288,900 !

I wish I had some pics but other ppl are still living there until August 30th!

Now I remember why I live in Medicine Hat, Two bedroom house with huge lot, 1200 sq ft. $86,000. It's been valued at 125,000 just three years later with minimal improvements. Of course it's not in Vancouver, which would be nice. Make sure to post pics when you take possesion.

Lol house I'm living in was bought 12 years ago for 120k, now it's valued at over 700k, and the only improvemnets were a new kitchen. Damn I hate fort McMurray.

This was taken back at Xmas time for my mom..but you get the idea...

And there's another horse carriage behind the shed/barn/shack/thing...and a mini windmill on the yard on the otherside of the shed/thing...

Sure hope your house looks better than this...LOL
