Can hearing be repaired?
Couldn't think of the correct way of wording it, but I was curious to if a loss of hearing (not serious, but say day after day for about 15-30 minutes of driving with a decent system thumping) would regenerate over time. I notice sometimes when I blast my system, I get out and my ears are ringing or things seem a bit quieter. Then the next day, or a few hours later, it seems to be back to normal. I've been blasting music for about 8 months now, and I still haven't had any real hearing loss, but only temporarly. Not sure if this makes any sense, but it seems like it, and im bored at work right now.
All I have to say is protect your hearing at all costs, because once it's impaired, it's too late!
During the day at work etc. my hearing is somewhat ok, but when it's quiet, like time for sleep all I hear is a constant ringing and there is nothing that can be done...... so do yourself a favor and turn the volume down, cause it aint worth the results of blasting your system day in and day out.

The only way is to get a hearing aid once it gets to bad.
And your hearing level is not something you can really test yourself unless you have your hearing tested by a profesionnel.
You will notice eventually when you ask people to prononce better or to repeat often heh.
