Ok herez the new issue. I only want answers relating to the question I dont want ANY posts making fun of ANYBODY including me, ONLY ANSWERS TO THE QUESTION PLEASE.

Question: Ur car is making a screetching noise when itz parked smoke is coming from under the hood (of course it smells) When u turn it off u hear sizzling. You pop the hood its coming from around the engine, appears to be one of the wheels for the belts isn't turning. Possibly seizing up or is seized. Absolutely No leaks anywhere. What do you think it could be? And How much approximately would you think to fix it?

Far Left area just above the silver rad cap(I think its the rad cap) is where the problem looked to be occuring.

well u can try to take off the belt and c wich one is not spinning. then u can go from there.....?

 

oh and do not use WD40 to free any of the pullys.

 

My sisters fiance spotte the one not moving itz the bottom one closest to the rad cap in teh pic above (tho u cant see it from that angle itz an old pic was jsut trying to get the gist of it for u guyz)

what's that pully connected to? the alt? ac compressor?

 

as i was told probably the ac compressor or alt, might runt eh ac tho i dont use ac considerin it dont work lol itz a 16 year old car cant expect every luxury to work right?
