I am standing in line at Taco Bell in Langley after he game. Some ***** walks up to me (I am in my Rider jersey still) and says "Riders ****in suck man". "We just got done kickin your ***". There is deffinatly a line between a little frienly banter back and forth, but when you go up to someone you don't know and start trash talkin like that, you will get your *** handed to you. I gave him a few kind words, and ordered my taco.
This is just one example of numerous things that took place after the game. I honestly lost alot of respect for the people of BC and their football club. For a team who has a hard time gathering 15-20 thousand fans per game in their stadium all year long and to have about 1/4 of your stadium filled today with people who paid to support your club, show some freakin respect.

The reason taylor field looks full is its a smaller stadium. I would bet that BC has on par attendace with other teams.
Riders fans have nothing to do other than watch football and make snowmen! </font>[/QUOTE]I agree Taylor Field is smaller, but look at the per capita of both teams? I would guarentee Sask will have the most fans in attendance per capita.
But thats not what my point is. I am just very disapointed that the Lions fans don't have enough class to have friendly banter between teams. They have to trash talk to the point where it gets offensive. I saw it on many occasions yesterday.
And yes Tim, the attendance where somewhere around the 54-55k mark. I would estimate 15-20 of those were Rider fans.
But after reading the paper this morning I am embarrased to be a Rider fan after what some people did to McCallums house after the game. Some idiots egged the house and another dumped a truckload of manure on his driveway. Talk about disrespect. The guy has been one of the most consistant kickers in the CFL for the last several years and this is how he is treated after 1 bad game.
