cold air intakes?
By using (most) of these cold air intakes.. you loose your "Mass air-flow sensor" which is right inline of your stock airbox.. that helps the computer run properly.. without that.. you dont get better fuel economy. Only the good ones have a hole to mount the sensor.. I'm guessing that $80 doesn't.

Mass air flow is on tube and AIT is on cone adapter plate.
All fit right in.

lucky you guys.. I put a cold air on my MX6.. and it always ran like ***..
I dont know if the fuel economy was worse... but I pulled it off in a jiffy. Shouldn't be too hard to retro-fit if you car does have one.. they add about 2-5 HP depending on the car (so I read) but where they really shine is when they're used in conjunction with a full exhaust and other things.

LOL to each their own. The 350Z is worth a lot more money than the STR-4 and they were only talking about the performance.
For the money, the STR 4 is hard to beat if you like the car.
I personally like it, which is why I have one also
There aren't all that many things the same as a Neon on an SRT 4 anyways. Different interior, different engine, turbo, different transmission, different suspension, different rims, tires etc.
Anyways, everyone has their opinions that's just mine.
