compression test?

A compression test is to see if the cylinder is with in specifications. In a compression test, you crank the motor over until the needle on the test gauge levels out. Then see the rate at which the air dissipates.
When doing leak down test you are injecting compressed air into the cylinder and then you can hear where the leak is coming from.

#7 cylinder misfire!
spark plug, tested by moving to other side
spark plug gap,tested
coil, tested by moving to other side
wiring connectors to injector,tested
wiring connectors to the coil, tested
do compression test,tested and ok
i think it is a injector in #7
someone told me it might be a lash adjuster but if the compression test is good i do not see it
it in a 4.7 dodge 2000 with about 180k km on it
tested by moving to other side and part did not move to the new cyl#
i'm at a lost for what to try
