I have understood your position since your opening statement. I know for a fact that dysplacia surgery is far less than that, my buddy had it done on his Rott & it was around $1500. What operation would cost $3500? I would still pay it if there is such an operation. Some of the points you make go without saying. People can have your attitude, like I said that doesn't mean that I have to like it.

I just watched this recently, went looking & found it again.... Watch it Dukk

Now I know 2 people with three legged Boxers. One has reached an age far beyong the Boxer's life expectancy.

Should we put you down if you get in an accident and lose your legs or arms. I probably respect old farmers way of looking at things than your lame attitude towards owning a pet.

Maybe you should not have said something as stupid as this... "That was my last "pets are family" pet. Now, if the animal needs more work than it cost, well... Cold hearted? maybe.", and I would have kept my mouth shut knowing your a poor/bad pet owner. You don't even know what a puppy miller is, yet you accuse me of being one. A prime example of a puppy miller is the breeder if you want to call him/her that, that you got your mix-breed dog from. Repeat breedings SHOULD BE very rare & for special circumstances. You remember back when you first offended me about that? Well you stated that your for lack of a better term 'breeder' has been doing repeat breedings, am I correct? Thought so.

No but you need to know that there are others out there who don't feel the same way about animals as they do themselves sadly. And unfortunately we can't control it.

Ya, but we can do what we can right? I'm one of those people that call you in to the cops when you leave your dog in your car with the windows up for too long while your in the mall etc... I would prefer to wait and smash them in the mouth, but I don't. That's as tolerant as I get.

Ask anyone I know, I'm a freak about this sort of stuff, and that's just me. I REALLY have a hard time holding back. I watched a guy kick his dog for eating out of a fire pit where I go fishing, it took everyhting in my power to not knock him out. I kept my mouth shut & minded my own business as much as it pained me to do so. Now if he would have kicked my dog, that's a different story..... I realize there are people that are like this, I just DO NOT like it. I'm allowed to voice that just like they are allowed to say what I view as stupid sh*t.

I could write out a story about what I did to some clown at an off leash park, but that is about long enough. I might when I return from x-mas shopping though.

Remember.... "man's best friend"......

Yea there's no reason to kick any dog thats just not right.

However some ppl do need to keep their dog on a leash even if that dog is the friendliest dog ever some people just don't feel comfortable with it. I saw this happen at the docks this year when we were launching our boat into the water an elderly couple had their golden retriever in the water playing with a bottle and this skin head type group came over with their boxer and the dog tried to attack the other dog. Instead of leaving or putting it on a leash or at least holding it they let it go and screamed at hit it when it went after the other dog a couple times. TO the point where the elderly couple just left because they got sick of it. If the group would've kept their dog on a leash they would have no reason to hit or scream at him/her.

ok couple comments, Unless you know dukk personally please don't judge him. It was a ferret, and I know he did more for it them most would, maybe if you knew a whole story, not something most will do on the Internet and I don't blame him. ( I consider a ferret a long rat )
As for leashes I think your dog should be tied up in your yard or have a fence, I never had a fence and I will not buy another until I can build one for the next bully. But its a personal opinion. Just like letting small children pet my dog, they loved to run up and I knew the temperament of my dog, ( big and friendly but had to watch the Wight cause she could knock down a small child with out meaning to do so, I kept her on a harness so I could both grab her at a moments notice and due to there bad respiratory system this is the best thing for them.

The only charity we give to is the SPCA ( I think if my family member had cancer I’d do what ever necessary for them to get help, charity or no I’d look after them. ) who do animals have for help? So we give to this organization.

Gilligans Hitch, I see your point I do really, best thing you can do is make sure your dog is spade or neutered, you might love your dog/cat/whatever but you neighbor might not want one

We had every intention to breed our animal when we got her, though it’d be nice to have a puppy of hers and we knew lots of very nice homes that wanted a bully ( there hard to find in most areas) in the end it was just to dangerous for our animal and did not want to chance losing her for some puppy.
Anyway that’s my story, attacking someone over the internet won’t change anything.. listen and maybe learn something about them, you might be able to persuade them.. You know that old saying honey and vinegar..
