^^ Ditto!
When I was in highschool my buddies and I did that. We thought it would be cool to have a tail gunner in the back of my 86 Caprice wagon. I can still hear the tail gunner screaming "Put the **** window up! PUT IT UP!" as a felt snow ball chunks pelting me in the back in the drivers seat.

Well.. as this wasn't a game, it was more than a prank... but it was a game to all of us. A buddy of mine had underglow lights on his car. We jacked up the car in the movie theatre parking lot (we had his sister with us, and she had keys to the car incase the cops came), and we wired up fire-crackers to the power wires for the under-glow lights. He only turns them on when he goes into the parking lot and likes to show off.
So here he is, after the movie, with his girlfriend in the car, pulling up, and throws on his system, and under-glows. To this day I have never seen the under-side of a car glow so bright as the 149 firecrackers went off under his car as he was driving up to us.
What was even more fun was that it was his birthday and his girlfriend wanted to use the 1 last firecracker as a candle in the cake.
As for normal games... that one where everyone jumps out and changes seats / drivers, infront of the police station is one that just gets people shaking their heads with sorrow.
