Just picked up this cd tonight.

Eagles of Death Metal, Peace Love and Death Metal.

WOW

Run, <don't walk> down to your local cd shop and grab a copy!

The guitarist/vocalist from Queens of the Stone age plays drums...and man does this album rock.

Definatly not death metal...

what flavor if it's not death metal....i was kinda excited, until you told me not death metal.

If anyone wants to hear a killer song, check out "Spaceship Landing" by Kyuss, the last song on their album "....and the circus leaves town". Well thats kinda tough to describe.
I'd say kind of like a cross between Queens of The Stone age / Strokes / White Stripes / . Chock full of grovy catchy tunes.

It the kind of music that lyriclly doens't take it self seriosly. Guitar wise full of hooks and cool riffs. The music is not your normal pop song material, a little strange, a little kooky, but sh\t goddamm its good stuff!
They have recently toured with The Distillers and Placebo.
