Just got scammed from some dude in Hamilton ontario by some guy on ebay The guy owns some place called soundzinmotion he wont respond to email or return my phone calls if theres anyone in that area or anyone that deals there could you checkinto it for me thanks

 

i've heard of that "company" before.. I think the old cash convertors used them for installations..

sorry to hear of your ebay woes, from personal experience i know what its like.first thing to do is file your case,make sure you do it before 60 days or you lose the right for further action, they will require you to try contacting him by phone,e-mail etc.if his phone # is bogus they will suspend him imediately pending the update of his info. ride his a$$ to the limit. i did & the guy sent my stuff. if all else fials file the papers & fax the off before the 90th day. warn him of every step of the way. be the biggest pain in the *** to him , call at 3 in the morning. make his life a living hell!!!!! , good luck [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
