anyone know any good remedies or suggestions, im about one step shy of shooting myself.....if i can find enough time between dry heaves

The other thing I find has helped, oddly, is to go get something super greazy for supper - some double fried KFC or a double Qpounder at the King of M. I think you stomach figures it better smarten the hell up or you may eat it again
