I just had a couple chicken quesadillas with some thai chili's.. and I made some spicy salsa to go with it.

You want good, try stuff from Emeril Lagasse, Tyler Florence or Rachael Rae. All three of those chefs have great recipes.

One of my favorites is cooking chicken breasts in a pan, then when the are done add mozza and salsa.

i would recoment making some "hardy/harty whatever people say. anyway. making some thick potatoe soup or some other sorta soup with pasta bits in it. beucase man. soups are not hard to make nor are they on the small scale side . becuase i have lived off of different soups for months on end . soup is easy and its filling and noutritious.

i usually only have soup if i am sick or running short on time, I prefer a "real" meal

z24, it ended up taking me quite a bit of time, because i had to take everything out of the freezer to find my beef. it was right in the bottom corner at the back, right where i thought it wasn't
