Got given a TV as a wedding gift... FS was supposed to deliver it this morning, as per the gift reciept I got with the card. so at 8:00 PM after it hadn't gotten here; I had the people who gave us the TV call FS and ask why it hadn't been delivered. After the phone call, the delivery person made his way to my appartment, and when I opened it up, after the delivery guy had left... I noticed that one corner was smashed in. so I called the people who gave it to us again! now I have to call FS and get it picked up and have another dropped off.

I'm slightly PO'd right now.

 

FS replaced it, no problems. when they opened up another of the same TVs at the store it was damaged in the same way, but even worse. so check your toshiba 27a42 tvs, they may be trashed!!

 

i bought a toshiba 27af42 and the bottom right corner was cracked straight out of the box. i got a new one right away no problems at all. it was the guys at toshiba's packing plant NOT F.S.
