Give me a break.............if it's open it's open.......................for whatever reason it is no longer factory fresh..............would you rather we sold something that was open, used, repaired or whatever as factory fresh ????

Hello, When a product comes back to the store from repair or is "refurbished" ,on the open box tag there is a statement box which says what the story is on it. If it was fixed the tag reads "repaired", besides if the customer asks, we by all means will tell them.

I didnt mean to start a fight [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img] I just had a simple question lol And the guy when I bought my stuff from future shop made it clear that it was open box and/or returned and the display also made it clear OPEN BOX lol

yes, and pancake is right, on the OB sticker on every unit, there is an explaination of the OB product.
It will say repaired if it has, if it is missing parts they will be listed..

from the last time i was in the fs there were no tags just product shrink wraped in a wire cage basket
i just feel that a product should be sold as it is
alot of refurbished product sold out there is not properly sold as refurbished
alot of manufacture will only allow dealers that sell referbished product to get rid of there referbs
i just think that open box leaves it pretty wide open for consumers to interpret
i know from talking to people who work at sears they buy a bike in the spring and return it in the fall
i just feel that a product should be sold as it is
