George believes that most large companies would certainly know the legal results of misleading their consumers. George would think that if for whatever reason something said "open box" it would infact mean that it was no longer new in the box. George would also assume that the average person might ask the history of said item.

But yes if it is like that in the store by you and also the ones close to me... Then I guess they just want to screw with people out east [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img] , or they cant read. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]
