Gas prices going up again???
They can find alternate means of transportation. If reasonable.
We have no choice but to drive..consdidering we live a good 15 minutes from the closest town..

In a town near here (Petrolia) they have a raffle each year (~$50/tic?) for the proceeds of the towns oil well that has been pumping for over a hundred years. Usually nets the winner about $5k. Not a big producer by Western standards, but at least one person likes it when crude nears $40/barrel.

I heard on the radio that canada is still one of the cheapest countries for gas. As a major oil producer we have to pay just as much as the rest of the world or else the oil companies would export all the oil to countries that don't produce. Europe pays nearly twice what we do. As for us alberta people, the higher the gas goes the more work we have. Kinda sucks for you people in ontario and BC. You have to pay the high prices but all the money comes back to alberta. I sure am glad my truck is a diesel.
