Basically... I think what Yuli is trying to say is "who cares"?
So they keep your email for a while and it's possible for the gov. to subpoena (sp?) it.
That's pretty much a reality with any email service.
If you've got something to hide don't use a free/public email system.
(at least, that's what I THINK he means)
