Are there any XBOX geeks....? I need to swap all my saved game files and **** to another XBOX HD but when I connect it to my PC it says that there's no volume to read, so I can't gain access to it.... So what I plan on doin is copying the trashed motherboards HD onto my comp then plugging in the other HD and tossing it back on there..... now keep in mind, both these boxes aren't modded.... any program that can do this????

if ya need a low level format program, check the websites of harddrive manufacturers. A lotta times they'll make programs like people talk about cop stations using and what not. I know i saw one not long ago, i think with a hitachi harddrive or something i was troubleshooting.

hmm maybe i'm drunk for the life of me, i can't find any programs like i mentinoed from any hard drive manufacturers.

I used this http://www.techsoftpl.com/backup/index.htm?trial when I upgraded my 6GB drive to an 80GB drive...

Worked awesome. Hit "go" and it took about 10 or 15 minutes on me ol' PII-400.

Shut down, removed my 6GB, swapped the jumper on the 80, and fired her up again.

It fired up as if nothing had happened... only with gobs of spare space...
