All in all, i appreciate the info though.
Pool is 10000000x more fun then Foosball. It really depends if you want to sacrafice the space or not. I know I sure as hell would. I could play pool all day if I didnt have to work and pay bills
But if you are looking for a good foosball table the cyclones are good from what I hear.

3 goalie is better because you can do more passing between players making it easy for back-row scoring. Secondly the two outside players can be used to trap the ball against the wall in order to re-gain control of the ball.

IMO difference in a pool table and a foosball table other than the obvious of course, Pool you CAN play by yourself and still have fun, yet foosball you really need someone else to play for it to be any good. The smarter idea would be the pool table even if you have to do some modifications to something It'll get more use. Not saying the foos won't but generally a Pool table overall be better. Go on knock the wall out
I know yah wanna lolOne of my friends back home forfeited his bedroom for a pool table lol

pool table is like 5.5 x 11 ft, plus you need room allt he way around to be able to shoot with a cue, so add like another 4ft all the way around.
Foosball table is like 3x5ft maybe need an extra 3ft on any side.
We live in a basement, have two bedrooms with a storage room/bedroom in between us. Then a kitchen/family room/entertainment room/movie theatre/bar/whatever else a person might want to do.
I'd love to set up the pool table more than anything, but the wall that'd be easiest to knock out, would mean the pool table and my bro's bedroom would all be in one. And i don't care to see my bro railing some broad. So thats not good.
If my landlords would ever leave, there's a perfect spot upstairs....but they haven't left.

Dukk you've played in tourneys? Where do I find out about that stuff? Have you played 1 on 1 or 2 on 2?
Secondly, do you know about different types of *****? I've experiences 2 types:
Red -> Slightly larger; slightly heavier, easier to control.
White -> Smaller (Easier to get stuck in dead spots between bars) lighter and way to bouncy.
Are there official categories to describe these? (Kind of like the difference between yellow and blue dot ***** in squash)
