I'm pointing out that the general population of kids with honda's think theey are big and bad and then when they get smoked by a real car they sob to mommy and make up BS stories about why they lost.

And actually I don't think the guy in the Fire Chicken was a punk at all....it was the broad with the camera doing all the **** talking.

 

Oh BTW, who the hell cares if your parents drive a Honda....I'm sure they don't have a big whale tail and Canadian tire spinner hubcaps on it do they?

Honda makes good cars, but they're so overhyped and overrated by the "Import Tuner" crowd, it's rediculous ... Also, everyone hypes up VTEC like no one else uses a dual profile camshaft (variable valve timing) when at least half of new cars on the market do, as well ...

Also, the fact that many Honda owners do nothing but talk **** about how their Honda is better than anything else yet they don't even know how VTEC works [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

Just a few reasons why there is angst against Hondas ...

Please... thats like stereotyping any group.. its like saying all domestic drivers drink beer and have long mullets...

If you visit any respectable honda board you will see almost everyone is open to any type of car and instead of bashing them they actually converse like normal people about them .. maybe a few expressing their quirks about certain brands but nobody that I know of has that attitude that "Honda is the best", heck if I see someone talking like that I usually put them in line.

 

The way I took Brandon's comment was towards the younger population who tend to rice out their honda's and act like punks.

I think Hondas suck and yes I do drive a big dumb domestic. Not that I don't have respect for some of the Hondas out there, I just straight up don't like them.

I call my mom a ricer for driving a Honda along with all my friends. Take a pill, it's a name. No one else is taking offense to it but you.
