so i went to this pawnshop the other day (got a lead on a ppi amp) and while im there i got to listen to the sales guy explaining how "the lower the ohms the deeper the bass..." i had to hold in my laugher and fight with whether i should make him look like a fool or what...... and how to run 2 4 ohm dvc subs u would need a 4 channel amp..... man that took alot to not say anything....... i love listening to pawnshop people tryin to talk like they know whats up....
Morons work everywhere... like the salesman at futureshop who was telling the guy next to me that even 5 volts on his phone line would ruin his router, so he HAD to get the powerbar that was twice as expensive as the one in his hand.
when a phone line rings the signal is 120 volts AC... a whole lot more than 5 volts.

I'm aware of that... my point was the whole "5 volts will destroy your router" bit... and then the salesguy said he went through 3 routers in the last year because of phone line voltage spikes.
