That series was actually out way before American Chopper came out.

 

Agreed, you can't really expect WCC to hand build every tank, fender etc...that would take forever, look how many bikes they build, do you have any idea how long the wait period would be if WCC ,or any bike shop for that matter, hand fab'd thier own fenders and tanks? You'd be waiting for 2 years before you get your bike.

 

paul jr is waaaay more creative in his designs, jesse has just slight variations of his eldiablo... metal workin jesse wins, but i think overall, look of the bike OCC would take it hands down, ive yet to see many OCC bikes that look the same,

that and i cant figure out why WCC machines their wheels out of a CHUNK of aluminum rather then a blank.... 55 hours for one wheel ($25K a pair) when u could cut the same wheel in a quarter the time and price..... it doesnt make sense to me at all.... [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

 

Paulie is good for sure...he's got some serious welding skills, that Mikey, LMAO, doesn't have as he proved last night.

I think Paul Sr was right last night when he said that the new guy, Rick, is as good or better with fabrication though. He is very good...so is the other guy...umm, Campo or whatever they call him I forget how to spell it, anyway, did you see the christmas special and the friggin reindeer head he made for the front fender? I bet Paulie could do it, but he'd take a lot longer than those guys. and not just because he has no concept of time, I really think those guys have more, maybe not skill but more of a creative vision than Paulie and there definatly more open minded than Paulie.

It's funny cuz I was talking about this with a guy at work today... before I saw this thread. I was saying that WHEN I win the $25 million on Friday the first thing I'm gonna do is call the Discovery channel and have them set up the challenge OCC vs. WCC, the winner is the one that I and I alone chose (and keep), and the loser gets his bike thrown off a cliff by the winning builder.
