I'm excited....had to tell someone....
the following may not be exciting or even unusual, but it is to me.
I work in the Telus building downtown edmotnon, on 100th st and 100th ave. Parking there is $14/day, so i park 5 blocks away on 95th st for $3/day.
As a joke, yesterday i tried starting my car from the 26th floor (where i work) and of course it didnt work. Then buddy got all excited how he was parked in a parking lot visible from the window (on the 26th) but accorss the road and his vehicle started. Meh. Today, i came outta the building, and for the heck of it, tried to start my vehicle parked 5 blocks away...and what do ya know, it starts. Most definitely not a clear line of sight to the vehicle....as there's buildings all over, more so the road curves a lil.
But yeah, i'm just super impressed by it all

have you tried the chin trick?
i know, i know people say it's just a myth, but i tired in on my car and no s**t it actually worked! for some reason, the skull is a really good transmitter of radio waves - doesn't that make you feel safe? but all you gotta do i place your remote under your chin and press the button.
VOILA!
I actually tried this in a parking lot and it nearly doubled my range on my remote!!! (not to mention it's probably increasing my chances at getting cancer, but we're all gonna die from cancer!)
