Have many of you guys (probably installers) have ever wanted to pound another employee for stupid mistakes that they just keep making. Like never looking at the customer vehicle, or finding that the returned items are different than what is on the box. Or the know it all loudmouth that just won't shut his pie hole, especially when you have a hangover the size of a 60pounder. I'm pretty lucky that I have a good crew that works for me in my two stores, but it was not once always that way....

 

on a regular basis I usually want to kick the crap out of an employee at safeway...there's this one guy that just really gets on my nerves.
