they take the wheels off for display to show the undercariage(its a lowrider thing),Ive seen that car numeroous times at shows and cruises,Its called DonTre,Its one of the cleanest traditionals in north america if not the cleanest,fully loaded with options and cleen as fuc,a six figure car a few times over
